Seriously, I timed my walk to the beach & my toes were in the sand in about 1 minute & 35 seconds!!! This is a free standing home with plenty of parking & privacy. Nice big screened in porch with outside dining tables. Really cool sundeck. Washer & Dryer in Basement!!! Flexible dates & good rates. Never had pets so SUPER CLEAN. Elevated home perfect for families. Excellent hi speed WiFi and cable TV. 2 Queens & a twin with nice comfy futon in the living room. Fully stocked remodeled kitchen with granite counter tops & plenty of glasses, dishes, cookware & cutlery. Ice Cold central AC!

We understand it is difficult to bring everything needed to get your vacation started. To help with this, we provide every guest with a roll of paper towels and toilet paper, coffee filters, trash bag, & dish washing detergent for the dishwasher in the kitchen as well as mini shampoo, conditioner and soap!

In the summer months Charleston County Parks & Recreation Department provides two lifeguard protected swimming ares on Folly Beach. One is located on the front beach & the second is on the far west end at the Folly Beach County Park.

We do require that you are at least 25 years old to rent the house.
