This unit is located in a prominent location on Lake Powell, close to the beach. Islandia 311 has a fully-equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, boat ramp and fishing dock. It also boasts a pool and amazing dune lake views. Ask about renting other Islandia condos if you have a larger group.
Stay with us at the quiet, peaceful west end of Panama City Beach if you don't want to fight for a beach like the rest of Panama City Beach. The views are worth the money, and the nature trails nearby will refresh your senses.
Islandia 311 can be found in Pirate's Cove. The condo is easily accessible from HWY 98. Pirate's Cove is a lakefront community that was built in the 1980s with old Florida charm. This unit is located on the third floor in a small condo building that has only 12 units. There is no elevator in the building. On-site is a boat ramp, fishing dock, and a toilet.
Home Layout:
One king-size bed in your bedroom, a shared bathroom down the hall, and an open-concept living space with Full over Full bunks. This home can sleep up to 6 people.

High-Speed Internet access and two Smart TVs are available in the unit. Please use your password to log into Netflix or other apps. Remember to bring your TV app passwords.

Each unit has two standard-sized spots below the building. Your unit number is assigned to the parking spaces.
Check-in is at 4 PM Central, and Check-out is at 10 AM Central.
