Location: Situated between Boone and Banner Elk, in quaint Seven Devils, this 2788 square foot home is lacking nothing. It features 4 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms, sleeping up to 10 people. One or multiple families have plenty of space to enjoy this mountain home with king size beds in 3 of the bedrooms and twins in the other. It’s like having 3 master suits! There is also a sleeper sofa for guests use.

Main Floor: The kitchen is fully equipped with granite countertops and a bar area with seating for two. There is a breakfast nook right off the kitchen and includes a coffee bar. There is also a mini fridge for additional beverage storage and upgraded small appliances

Don’t forget about the spacious dining room with seating for up to 10 people, planning a holiday getaway—this dining room will not disappoint for any holiday gathering or just enjoying a meal together. The cathedral ceilings and windows offer much light and ambience. There is a living room and a den area, both with TV’s and wood fireplaces. One of the master suits is on the main floor and offers a king size bed. There is also a full bathroom.

Upstairs: There are two bedrooms that share a bathroom. One room has a king size bed and TV and the other bedroom has two twins.

Downstairs: There is a rec room with a ping-pong table, TV, gas log fireplace, and 4th bedroom that also has a king size bed. There is also a full bathroom downstairs.

Outside: Highcliff Hacienda is surrounded by woods and nature with a long range Grandfather Mountain view to the S/SE. It is also a short walk down to the Otter Creek Falls Trailhead which offers hiking to beautiful Otter Falls via several trails. Guests can cook out on the gas grill and enjoy the spacious deck area that includes tons of seating. There is plenty of parking with additional space above the driveway with stair access to the home.

Other: The home is equipped with high speed wireless internet, cable TV with HBO, Showtime, and Cinemax, and a washer and dryer for guests convenience.
