395 Tarpon Boulevard, located on Fripp Island's southern side on the canal, has a dock with a fishing sink and benches to sit on. This 4 bedroom, 3 1/2 bathroom, 2 story home is completely furnished. The large kitchen has a screened-in porch with a table and chair. It is the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktails. The deck is the width of the home and has a gas barbecue, table and chairs and 2 chaise lounges. It also offers a beautiful view of the canal. The master bedroom on the first floor has a king-sized bed, an en-suite bath, and a deck door. The second bedroom, also on the first floor, has 2 queen-sized beds and shares an en suite bath. The third bedroom, which is also on the first level, has a queen-sized bed and a shared jack and jill bathroom. It also has a door that leads to the living area. The fourth bedroom, located on the second floor, has two queen beds and two built-in twin beds. This spacious room features a separate bathroom and a seating area. Each room has its own mounted TV plus a large TV mounted on the wall in the living area. The house has a Bluetooth, stereo and 4 way speaker system to play your favorite music. This house is located off the street and beyond the Bonita Bridge for privacy from the hustle and bussle of Tarpon Boulevard. It is only a few steps away from two beach accesses, but it is still right in the middle of the action!

Rentals of less than a month include a 4-seat golf cart. Carts can be picked up from Island Excursions in the Marina. Many guests leave their cars at the airport and use golf carts as their primary mode of transportation. This is a great way for you to enjoy the natural beauty of the island. After dinner, jump on the golf cart to head to the Food Court and get some ice-cream!
