If you are looking for convenience this corner first floor 2 bedroom 2 bath condo is exactly what you are looking for. Imagine sitting on your screen porch overlooking the beautiful salt marsh while listening to the ocean waves. This condo is centrally located next to the tennis courts and directly across the street from the ocean, Beach Club, Adult Pool, Olympic Pool, and Food Court. As of February 2022, owners completely updated this unit to include new floors, furniture, bedroom furniture, and upgraded kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, upgraded bathrooms, and stackable washer/dryer. The master bedroom has a king size bed with en-suite bath, the second bedroom has a queen size bed and shares the hall bath. There is also a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room. Off the living room is a screened in porch boasting a shelf with bar stools where you can enjoy breakfast or evening cocktails while gazing at the beautiful view of the marsh.

A 4 seat golf cart comes with your rental (excluding monthly rentals) which can be picked up at Island Excursions in the Marina. Many guests park their cars upon arrival and use the golf cart as their primary form of transportation. It is a great way to leisurely take in the natural scenic beauty of the island and an excellent way to visit to our unique amenities.
