Don't forget to enjoy the changing seasons. The Aspens are a vibrant yellow and they cover the mountainside. The home has a wraparound balcony with floor to ceiling windows that allow you to enjoy the view of Lake Tahoe and the Sierra Nevada Mountains. Skiing, snow shoeing or sledding is a great way to spend the day. You can also go hiking, fishing, swimming or rafting. Then, you can sit on the porch, by the fireplace, and reflect on a fun-filled day. The home can comfortably accommodate three couples or large families. The home is located in a beautiful neighborhood. This property is kept fresh with new paint and carpeting. This property is not suitable for small children. maximum occupancy 8

Beautiful Views! Review Date: 10/27/2021 This home an amazing wrap-around balcony. The view I'm sure would have been amazing but we picked the rainiest time of Oct to visit. The only few thing that I would recommend would be to find a better heating system to regulate the heat on the main floor. The basement area gets all the heat. Your not comfortable sleeping upstairs due to cold or downstairs due to excessive heat. The stairs are not great for those of an aging adult. 50+ watch your step at the bottom. It's angled and you will slip off no matter your age. Oh, and the bed's are obviously very new and well kept but if you only want extra-firm support your in luck. The kitchen is all updated and everything was provided. A little covered area would have been nice from the car to the front door during the weather. No covered area. Perfect house for us Review Date: 09/30/2021 This house was just perfect for our family to stay at when our son got married in North Lake Tahoe last weekend. The view is exactly like the pictures show (amazing!) and there was plenty of room for everyone while still feeling very cozy. Everything was clean and the furniture was very nice and comfortable. Thankfully the smoke lifted while we were there and I think some of our best photos will be from the balcony of this house!

What a gem! took my family up for a Holuday and it did not dissapoint. grest place to get away. booking was a breeze and thr communication was great. easy check in and the home itself was as advertised, Highly recommend

Lovely home. Great deck. Quiet and comfortable. The beds are a bit hard but manageable. They left a note warning of the last three steps on the stairs to go down to the bottom level. They are tilted and one can easily slip. I did. The note of warning was inside one of the kitchen cabinet doors.

Had my parents and my kids on this vacation and the house was perfect. Great views of Lake Tahoe and close to restaurants, activities, shopping. Only wish the bedroom downstairs had a wall to separate.

Our family loved the location and the views from the back deck. The location is close to everything you would want to do. The home is in a neighborhood with high end homes. The house has been upgraded in a few areas. The back deck is new, kitchen and both bathrooms have been renovated. The rest of the house is very dated. Lots of small items that need a handyman. House and bedding was clean. Overall it was a Good value for the money.
