The bunk bed room is also located on the entry level and has a Flat Screen TV for the kids to enjoy. There is also a full bathroom with a beautiful tub and a shower. .Upstairs you will find a wide open space that includes a beautiful kitchen, cozy sofa's and a nice deck to barbecue and enjoy the Tahoe scenery. The 3rd bedroom is located on the second level has plenty of room and privacy, flat screen TV and full bathroom located near bedroom, queen bed..

March trip to play in snow Review Date: 03/08/2022 Went with our grown children an their kids, 5 and 2 to play in the snow. The golf course across the street was perfect for sledding for this age. Probably too small for older kids. House was recently remodeled and clean. Nice view of golf course. Only complaint is that the downstairs shower water would not get hot. Quiet spot in the mountains and trees Martha Review Date: 02/20/2022 4 Montclaire Villas is a great little house. It stands alone- no wall sharing with neighbors. Everything looks great and works well. The kitchen had all the necessary gadgets, but was a little short on pantry space. TV’s in all the bedrooms and the wifi stayed strong. Fans and space heaters available, a real bonus. The front door gaps quite a bit so it does let in a lot of cold air and the first bedroom feels it. Bedding was plentiful with great pillows (it’s the little things). The hot tub was WONDERFUL. And so peaceful with the trees overhead. Location was easy to find and super convenient to groceries and restaurants. We had a hiccup with unlocking the door on our arrival and Goldfish properties had someone answer the phone and come out to help all during the Super Bowl so the customer service was top notch also!
