Come spend some time at our 3 bedroom duplex for some Rocky Mountain R&R. This cozy duplex sits on the mountain near the Steamboat Ski Area and 1 well behaved dog is allowed to come join you for your vacation. This home is the perfect combination of space for your family, location near the ski area (about 1 mi) and affordability.

Enter to a dining room and a kitchen with newer appliances. Also on this level you will find a bedroom with Queen bed and attached bathroom with walk-in shower. Head downstairs to the living area with leather furnishings and gas fireplace. Upstairs you will find 2 comfortable bedrooms and a full bathroom with walk-in shower. One bedroom upstairs has a King bed and the other is perfect for the kids with a set of twin bunk beds. 

Outside, in the summertime, you will find a nice patio area with outdoor seating and a BBQ grill. The home sits on a peaceful area of the mountain and you can let your stress melt away. There is space in the driveway for 2 vehicles.
