Property Description

The house is a traditional Key West cottage that has undergone a complete renovation in 2012. The charm and historic features have been retained, while all the luxuries of today have been added.

There is a master bedroom, with king bed and full bath, on the first floor. Additionally, there is a half bath and a small bedroom with single bed on the first floor. The second floor has two bedrooms and a shared bath. One of the upstairs bedrooms has a queen bed, the other upstairs bedroom has twin beds. The bathrooms were completely rebuilt during the renovation. All the mattresses are new.

On the first floor, a great room opens to the pool / patio. This room is adjacent to the new kitchen. There is also a half bath and full size laundry machines.

The best feature of the house is the heated pool and cabana. There is deck space around the pool that is great for sunning. There is a propane grill for outdoor cooking . The pool is maintained at 88 degrees for year round use. The pool cabana is covered with a sofa and lounge chairs…. This is the perfect spot for an afternoon cocktail or nap!

The property is fenced and the yard is private. Once you are inside the yard, you will never know you are just steps off of Duval St.

Cable TV and Wi-Fi are included.
