Property Description

We are thrilled to welcome you to our newly renovated Smokies Mountain Laurel Unit. You will find plenty of space, including a large hot tub that can accommodate you and your friends, as well as a fully-equipped kitchen and ample space to spread out. This is a great basecamp to explore the Smoky Mountains. It is close to Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge, but away from the hustle and bustle.

The space

Fully equipped kitchen with plenty pots and pans, baking tools, dishes, and glasses. You just need to bring the food! You can use small appliances such as a blender, microwave, four-slice bread maker, and crockpot.

- Coffee maker with lots of coffee, sugar, filters, and other amenities to keep you caffeinated throughout your stay.

Living room has a Roku-enabled TV and DVD player. There are also 40 games on the Sega Genesis Mini console.

Both full bathrooms include garden bathtubs and showers. There are plenty of towels available!

- The master bedroom is located on the main floor (can be accessed by stairs), and features a king-sized mattress, large closet, Roku TV and an en-suite full bathroom with a garden tub and shower.

Downstairs you will find a large bedroom with 2 queen-sized beds and the 3rd bedroom has 3 sets of bunk beds (6 total twin-sized beds). The hallway's full bathroom has a shower and a garden tub. Each bedroom has a Roku TV, and large closets to store all your stuff. The bunk bedroom has a foosball board.

Upper deck offers seasonal wooded views. This is a great spot to enjoy a cup of coffee or just to get up slowly.

- A large hot tub downstairs with twinkle lighting overhead makes it the ideal spot to unwind after a long day of sightseeing.

This property is in Catons Chapel, the quiet area of town where Dolly Parton was born!

It is located on a hillside with typical East Tennessee roads. The road is not paved and does not require 4-wheel drive. However, be prepared for twisty mountain roads.

The main living space and master bedroom are located on the main level of the property. They can be accessed by using stairs. The hot tub and the other bedrooms are located one flight down.

The well supplies the water for this property. The water is filtered before it comes out of the faucets. Some guests prefer to buy bottled water during their stay.
