THE UNIT:

This unit has recently (2021) been professionally remodeled and re-furnished with premium furniture and decor. The flexible space and floor plan is perfect for families, adults and children alike.

We overlook the 17th hole of the prestigious Kona Country Club Golf Course, making for unobstructed and mesmerizing sunsets. Spend early mornings on your private lanai,cook meals in your fully equipped and newly remodeled kitchen, and stay connected with internet and WiFi if you need to work remotely. Winter whale sighting happens daily off your lanai which includes a table to seat 6 and a gas grill. You'll also have your own in-unit washer and dryer. Main suite is furnished with a king bed and en-suite bathroom. 2nd bedroom includes a queen bed and access to the 2nd shared bathroom. The loft has twin day beds and is also a great television, gaming or yoga area. All rooms have televisions, and the unit comfortably sleeps six.

LOCATION:

Country Club Villas is very well located in Kailua-Kona, just a short walk to Keauhou Shopping Center with many restaurants, multiplex movie theater, KTA Grocery store,CVS drug store, and Farmer's Market every Saturday. There is also a pick-up point for shuttle to downtown; Kailua is a darling little beach town with good restaurants and shopping only 6 miles away. This unit is just a few steps to one of the 3 community pools and 2 tennis courts on site. Guest parking spaces are very near the unit.

ACTIVITIES:

Kahalu'u Beach Park is 1 mile away and boasts the best snorkeling on the island. Magic Sands beach is 2 miles away and is a great boogie boarding beach with a fun vibe.There are many beautiful beaches; one of our favorites is Hapuna State Park which is a huge white sand beach with clear turquoise water and gentle waves. There are so many sights to see on this island that you will not have time in a week to visit them all - but we’ve packaged our favorites if you would like some recommendations.

This is a non-smoking and no pets property. There is no smoking on the lanai's or walk-ways at this complex. There is a designated smoking area near the main entrance. Minimum night varies seasonally, 7 -10 nights.
