This is the perfect home for a relaxing vacation with family or friends. The large covered lanai, overlooking the pool and back yard, is perfect for indoor/outdoor living- Hawaiian style! Enjoy the ocean views and sunsets while relaxing on the lanai or around the pool. You will love the almost 50-foot long private salt water swimming pool with ocean views. Plenty of space for lounging around the pool or in the water on the broad steps into the pool. The children will love the shallow play area beside the steps. The pool is safely separated from the large grassy yard with a fence. The hammock is a great place for a nap. This 3-bedroom 2-bathroom home has cal-king size beds in the Primary bedroom and in the lanai bedroom. The 3rd bedroom has extra-long twin beds that can be made into a king size bed, if requested and for a fee. The en-suite primary bath features a claw foot soaking tub in addition to the walk-in shower and double vanity. The shared second bathroom has a walk-in shower. The beautiful kitchen has everything your chef will need to prepare delicious meals for you to enjoy outdoors on the lanai or in the dining room. This solar powered home is located in quiet Kahakai Estates, a gated neighborhood just a few minutes from downtown Kailua-Kona. Minimum night varies seasonally between 5 - 10 nights. This is a non-smoking, no pets condo.
