Heavens is located in the cooler elevations, you can relax on the lanai, barbeque and watch Hawaiian sunsets night after night in this dream home. Two primary bedroom suites in the main house with ocean views, a large living-dining room that boasts tropical features. The oversized gourmet kitchen has everything needed if you plan on cooking for a large family. There is a formal dining room plus additional seating areas on the lanai and near the swimming pool for you to enjoy both indoor and outdoor dining. The den has a flat screen TV, Wi-Fi access, DVD player, and surround sound system. This property is close to everything including the airport, downtown Kailua Kona, shopping (Costco is right down the road), several beaches, and all the Big Island activities you can imagine. Situated at a comfortable 1,000 feet elevation on the western slope of Hualalai, Kona Heavens enjoys vast views of the Pacific Ocean, harbor, airport and a glimpse of the lights of Kailua-Kona village. This is a non-smoking, no pets property. TA: 208-416-1536-01. 31-night minimum stay required. Please be aware that noise aware decibel warning devices are installed in this home. They do not record any conversation, but they do alert us if the noise levels exceed the residential limits in the area.
Lush landscaping abounds and the large yard features a large saltwater pool & plunge pool, panoramic ocean views, water fall feature, 2 Primary Suites in the main house, a smaller bedroom with a trundle bed & a separate 2 bedroom with 2 full baths behind the main house.
