Kona Pacific offers a pool and barbecue area, a lending library, multiple elevators, assigned parking and large square footage of living area in comparison to other complexes in Kona. The concrete building allows for more privacy within your condominium and the grounds are beautifully landscaped offering a quiet, peaceful, Hawaii feeling.   There is secure designated underground parking (for a midsize or compact car only) and an elevator for easy access to the unit.
