The 3600 square feet of living space is made up of a main floor living area that has two distinct areas with direct access to the pool.  You can have privacy in the reading/lounge area or share with others in the TV great room area which is open to the gourmet, well-stocked kitchen and dining room. These rooms also have access to the large upper, covered lanai with a wet bar, the perfect place to enjoy a famous Hawaiian sunset.

Throughout the home you will be surrounded by luxury, comfort and technology. The home was professionally furnished, stocked and designed to enhance the experience for every guest. The floors are hardwood throughout the living area’s while the bedrooms enjoy the comfort of carpet. There are ceiling fans in every room and along the outdoor area, there is a 2-zone air conditioning system that is available, Wireless Internet, a new 55” LED television in the Family Room and master bedroom and 40” LED Televisions in all other  bedrooms, equipped with satellite TV, with DVR’s plus Netflix, Hulu, etc.

This property is located in a private community that requires quiet time from 9:00 pm to 8:00 am.  If you are planning a luau, large gathering or party – please do not inquire on this property.

Minimum night varies seasonally. Property is non-ADA compliant, non-smoking, and no pets allowed. Please be aware that noise aware decibel warning devices are installed in this home.  They do not record any conversation, but they do alert us if the noise levels exceed the residential limits in the area.
