Property Description

Enjoy beautiful sunsets and the stunning city lights of downtown Kona reflecting on the ocean waves, as the tiki torches and exotic lighting shimmer against the evening sky.  

3310 at the Sea Village is a lovely, well situated and complimented vacation condominium overlooking the ocean at Kailua Bay, the swimming pool and the central courtyard of the Sea Village complex. 

This beautiful 3rd floor (top floor - Please note, this complex does not have elevators)  unit sleeps 4 comfortably with a Cal King bed in the primary bedroom and a Queen-sized sofa sleeper in the living room.  A portable air conditioner is located in the living room to assist in cooling that area on warm nights; it is not used to cool the entire unit. This unit is tiled throughout and the primary bedroom has a good-sized closet to help you settle into your island home!    The bathroom has a beautiful glass block walk-in shower with built-in seating.  The kitchen features plenty of cabinet and counter space and overlooks the combination living/dining room area.   The dining table comfortably seats 4, or you can eat on the lanai and take in the beautiful views!

The coffee table, matching end tables and lamps compliments the sofa sleeper and reclining chair. You can even watch a DVD or your favorite show on the Smart TV.  There is also a small washer/dryer for your convenience. Ceiling fans are in all the rooms and there are some additional box fans for your comfort.   And there’s free WIFI!

Sea Village complex features an absolute ocean front pool and spa, four ocean front gas barbecues each with dedicated picnic tables with incredible views of Kailua Kona! Enjoy a short walk to Honl Beach along the way downtown or continue on for dining and shopping. Enjoy a fresh smoothie or Kona Coffee at the Green Flash Café right on site.  Your condo is just a short distance from Magic Sands Beach a local body surfing favorite and Kahalu’u Beach Park known for sea turtle viewing and snorkeling.
