Location is everything and the Views will not disappoint, please come and enjoy our hale at Country Club Villas Unit #341. When you walk into this unit the Lanai beckons you immediately. The covered Lanai offers outdoor dining and living with a Panoramic View overlooking the 17th hole of Kona Country club, Keauhou Bay, the Pacific Ocean and coastline. The amazing sunsets NEVER disappoint.

This spacious 3rd floor unit has an open floor concept kitchen/dining/living area, the kitchen is updated with granite countertops, is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, and is fully stocked for all your cooking needs. You can enjoy a morning sunrise breakfast or a gourmet sunset meal. We have all the dishes and utensils for 8 people. Imagine entertaining on the Lanai with your own propane gas BBQ, with a show of whales spouting offshore during the winter months.

This Unit sleeps 6 comfortably, the main suite is furnished with a King size bed and en-suite bathroom, the 2nd bedroom has a Queen size bed and access to the second bathroom, there is a pocket door which can make this bed/bathroom even more private. The loft has 2 twin beds and a half bath, the loft has 2 chairs for a sitting/reading area, a table where you can work remotely, play games or do a puzzle. Both bedrooms have A/C window units and there are fans throughout the unit, even in the kitchen and bathroom to help keep it cool. Both the bathrooms are updated and have walk in showers and the Guest bathroom has a full-sized front loader washer and dryer. There are 2 TV’s, internet and WiFi and a telephone for local calls only.

Country Club Villas is a very well-maintained property with beautiful grounds and tropical flowers. The complex offers 3 swimming pools, 2 Spa’s and a tennis/pickle ball court. This is a highly sought-after area in Keauhou, you are a very short drive to downtown, Kailua-Kona or you can walk to one of the Shuttle pick up stops that will take you downtown and beyond. You can walk to the famous Keauhou Bay where you can paddleboard, and ocean kayak. There are great excursions that leave from this bay as well, you can go on snorkeling trips, including the famous night snorkel with Manta Rays, Captain Cook tours, dive boats and fishing boats. You can walk to Kahalu’u Beach Park- one of the best snorkel spots on the Big Island.

You are in walking distance and can have great dining experiences at the Keauhou Shopping Center, which also includes KTA grocery store, Longs/CVS drug store. Multiplex movie theatre and a Farmers Market every Saturday. There is also a pickup point for the Shuttle to downtown; Kailua is a darling little beach town with good restaurants and shopping and it’s only 6 miles away.

Kahaluu Beach Park is 1 mile away, Magic’s Sands Beach is 2 miles away and is a great boogie board beach with a fun vibe. There are many beautiful beaches; one of our favorites is Hapuna State Park which is a white sandy beach with clear turquoise water and gentle waves.

And, if you are a Golfer, you can golf at Kona Country Club or other courses on the Island. If you decide to play at Kona Country Club order the Poke Nachos after your round at The View, they will not disappoint! We make an effort to go there every time we are on the Island. Even non-golfers are welcome to enjoy the food at The View Restaurant, it’s located next door at the golf course.

Kailua-Kona is a more economical way to visit the Big Island since lodging and restaurants are much more affordable than the resorts at Waikoloa and the Kohala Coast.

This is a non-smoking and no pets property. There is no smoking on the lanai's or walk-ways at this complex. There is a designated smoking area near the main entrance. Minimum night varies seasonally, 7 -10 nights.
