This is a 1450 square foot residence that has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Two bedrooms are located on the first floor, one with a queen sized bed, an additional twin sized bed, and an A/C. The other first floor bedroom has 3 twin beds with A/C. All of the three bedrooms have air-conditioning.
The second floor bedroom has a queen sized bed with an A/C. The 4th A/C in the home is located in the comfortable beam vaulted living room.  
Kitchen and dining are combined and offer comfortable seating for six. Enjoy outdoor dining on the terrific deck, charcoal some burgers and make your Cape Cod memories in this comfortable traditional home. The kitchen is very well equipped. The property has a smart TV [streaming is available], Wi-Fi, washer/dryer, dishwasher, lobsterpot, hairdryer, coffee maker, etc.... all so you can enjoy your stay.

Smoking is not permitted. Tenants are not allowed to bring pets. Bed sheets, Pillowcases and Towels are not provided.
