Villa Fundadores, a modern vacation home with clean-lined lines, is located on the seventh fairway of the Jack Nicklaus Golf Course in Puerto Los Cabos. The home offers breathtaking views of the golf courses, ocean and mountains, and is only a short walk from the beach. The large open home, perfect for group getaways or private getaways, features a full service bar, huge terraces with a heated infinity swimming pool and Jacuzzi and a bird's-eye view of the area. The home is located within the gated community Puerto Los Cabos near downtown San Jose, close to nightlife, restaurants, and art galleries. This property is ideal for golfers as it offers both beach access and a gated community.

Villa Fundadores rental includes full access to Fundadores Beach Club at a cost of $250 for the entire group. This fee covers up to a full week of usage and allows all villa guests to enjoy the amenities. These include a restaurant and a beach, as well as a pool, hot tub and gym. The Fundadores Beach Club allows you to relax, rejuvenate and create unforgettable memories during your Los Cabos vacation. Villa Fundadores, a brand new construction in the exclusive Fundadores, is a home of modern design. Villa Fundadores blends seamlessly into its grand surroundings, with a mix private amenities and an upscale modern appeal. Villa Fundadores has large windows and walls of glass that allow you to enjoy the beauty of Puerto Los Cabos.

Staff and Services

Gourmet chef: Our chefs prepare all meals and snacks requested, as well as any drinks or snacks needed during your stay. Food and Beverages Are Not Included. We will work with you to create a grocery list and stock the Villa prior to your arrival. We will send you receipts and an invoice as required. A sous chef is required for reservations over 10 people. The fee is $150/day.

Private Butler Full-Time : All of our butlers have bartending skills and our LuxMex Margarita is to die for. They can also help the chef by setting up beach chairs and umbrellas on the beach.

All our Villas include daily housekeeping. Housekeepers will arrive at noon, or any other time you request.

Concierge Service: We can provide information about the area, clubs, and activities. We can also run errands, such as picking up groceries, or renting an extra golf cart during your stay.

Grocery Stocking Services - Our property manager will provide any food or beverage you request for your stay, and will invoice you accordingly.

Destination planning includes, but is not limited to, reservations at restaurants and beach clubs.

Staff and Services (at additional cost)

Nanny Services: We understand the difficulties of traveling with children. We offer a full-day nanny service for $150/day. An experienced nanny will supervise and keep your kids safe during your vacation.

 

On-Site Chauffeur and Van (Subject To Availability): Cabo is a difficult and expensive place to travel. We provide a 12-passenger van and seasoned driver to be ready to go anywhere you need. It's a great way to explore la Paz or Cabo's nightlife for only 350$/day.

 

Transportation Airport & General : If you do not require a driver or van 24/7, then we can quote and arrange transportation to and from your Villa. Our airport transport costs $130 for a suburban that can fit up to 6 passengers or $185 for a sprinter for up to 15 people.
