Property Description

Come and enjoy your well deserved vacation in paradise in this lovely & 2 bedroom, 2 bath ocean view condo. This property is a townhouse with two lanai's with ocean views and central AC. Just walking distance to Kahalu'u; a famous snorkeling beach on The Big Island. Just minutes away from Keauhou Shopping Center with restaurants, a movie theater, and a grocery store. You won't need to rent a car at this property! The condo is very close to Magic Sands Beach, and Lyman's. Rent some bikes and ride along the ocean for a fun adventure!

 

 Attention: The pool coping and rec deck repair work has been rescheduled and will begin on August 5^th.  Work is tentatively scheduled to be complete by Aug. 23, barring any unexpected events such as weather delays. During this time the pool, spa, kiddie pool, restrooms and fitness room will be closed. 

**Other things to note:

All of our vacation rentals include a basic “start-up supply” of: laundry detergent, garbage bags, kitchen sponge, dish soap, liquid soap, dishwasher liquid (ONLY for units that have dishwashers), paper towels, toilet paper. Once the startup supply runs out, guests can restock at nearby grocery stores.

With that being said from time to time insects can be present outdoors and sometimes make there way indoors due to our tropical climate here in Hawaii. We share this Information with you folks because we understand insects can be something to be fearful about or can be somewhat of a nuisance to some individuals. We would like to rest assure you that we do schedule pest control services in our very tight schedule & do the maximum recommended pest control treatment to not harm people in the house/Condo; which is once a month), it is one of the few cons of the tropical weather. Please know we go above and beyond for all of our guests to make sure to provide the standard maintenance for comfort and an enjoyable time when staying with us here in Hawaii.
