Beautiful 3 story villa in Olde Marco right by the Marco River. First floor is the large garage and the private pool area with lots of sun facing west. No neighbors across the canal; just beautiful nature with dolphins and the occasional manatee. The house has 3 Bedrooms; Two on the 3rd floor and 1 on the 2nd which is the main floor with the living room and kitchen. A Full size Air bed is available to use for small kids. This house can sleep a total of 8. The Master Bedroom has a King Size bed with a balcony. Walk-in shower with a view and seperate tub with a view. Same floor has a laundry room; small office area and a guest bedroom with a Queen Bed. The Main Floor with the Kitchen, Dining Room, and Living Room has a Guest Bedroom with a Queen Bed. There is an elevator in the house with access to all 3 floors. House is really close to Restaurants and Shops in Olde Marco.

Dock is available to use but not the lift. Contact local marina's for storage of boat trailers. Trailers are not allowed to be stored on driveways or in yards. EXIT CLEANING FEE may increase according to length of stay.

NOTE: This house is in a residential area of Marco Island and there is a strict Noise Ordinance. NO outside loud noises shall be made to cause a disturbance to the neighbors. Parking permit is limited to 2 vehicles..

NOTE: Pools are heated to at least 85 degrees but the heater only works when the pool motor is on. It does not run 24 hours a day. It will loose some temperature overnight and once pool heater turns back on it will heat the pool again up to the set temperature. If the house has a Spa; the Pool and Spa are not heated at the same time. If you use the Spa the heat will be directed towards that and not the Pool. Most Heat Pumps automatically shut off when the temperature drops below 50 degrees Fahrenheit to prevent damage
