This 3 Bed/3 Bath condo offers a DIRECT PRIVATE BEACH ACCESS and fantastic oceanfront views from PRIVATE COVERED BALCONY. Unbeatable location is only 1 BLOCK from DOWNTOWN FOLLY BEACH and only 20 - minute drive away from Historic Downtown Charleston.



This Villa SLEEPS 8 and features an OPEN FLOOR PLAN that includes kitchen, dining room, and living room. The dining table has 6 comfortable seats with an additional 4 seats at the adjacent bar off the kitchen.  It directly faces the OCEAN, allowing for unobstructed PANORAMIC VIEWS OF THE BEACH from the 27-foot private covered balcony. Oceanfront MAIN BEDROOM features a king bed and a full en-suite bathroom with dual sinks, jacuzzi tub, and a separate shower. Down the hall, the second bedroom is furnished with queen bed attached to a full bathroom that is also accessible from the hallway. The third bedroom has 2 twin beds with access to the third full bathroom. Amenities include: 2 oceanfront pools with lounge chairs, 2 elevators and 4 public outdoor showers.



This oceanfront getaway is the perfect place to put your feet up and enjoy the ocean breeze!! 



PLEASE NOTE: This home is accessed by a KEYLESS DOOR CODE for self-check-in and ease of entry. A door code will be provided 2 weeks prior to your arrival. FREE PARKING is available with parking passes for 2 vehicles. COMMUNITY POOLS are open from April – October (exact dates vary depending on weather). An ELEVATOR IS AVAILABLE in the building. While we manage this property, we do not manage the maintenance of this building, which includes the elevator. The presence of an elevator does not indicate that the home is ADA compliant. GRILLS are not allowed, and no community grill on premises.



 



Property includes free Wi-Fi, cable, AC/Heat, Washer/Dryer, 20 jar Spice Rack, and all linens & towels provided (except beach towels). Beach equipment not provided, but if on the property you are welcome to use it.



No pets allowed.



This is a non-smoking property.





Check-in time: 4PM; Check-out time: 10AM.

Pool Hours 10 am to 10 pm.



50% Deposit required at the time of booking, the remaining 50% is due 30 days prior to check-in.
