Location, Location, Location. Leave your cars parked, walk or ride your bike a short distance to the boardwalk, beach, clubs and restaurants. Layton's Family Restaurant one half block away, is famous for pastries and its breakfast buffets. Fish Tales down the street a bit at the Bahia Marina, is a great place for lunch, brews and play area for kids. The original Phillip's Seafood Restaurant is across the street.
