Oversee Rentals professionally manages 30 Emerald Beach. Thee Beech Haus, a newly built home in Highland Parks, has 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. With its open floor plan, the first floor will welcome you. The living room features a 65 inch flat screen TV and plenty of seating. Granite countertops and stainless steel appliances make cooking easy. The dining area can seat 10 people and is perfect for creating family memories. The master bedroom is located on the first floor. It has a king bed and 65 inch TV. There is also a private bathroom with a walk in shower. The master bedroom on the second floor is a king size with a 65 inch TV and private bathroom. Two full beds are found in the guest room, and two twin/twin beds are located in the second. They share a Jack and Jill shared bathroom with tub and shower combination. You can make it easy to get to the beach with the 6-seater golf cart.

Highland Parks has a tropically-designed lagoon pool with a hot spa, 360-observation tower and community grilling area. There is also a fire-pit with luxury couches and chairs. This private community is located in Blue Mountain Beach. Grayton Beach, Seaside, and WaterColor are all within easy reach. Here you can browse local shops and restaurants.
