Blue Mountain Beach is known for its laid-back attitude, stunning beauty, and unpretentious nature. Legend has it that the first sailors who passed through Blue Mountain Beach mistakenly thought the community's towering sand dunes, which are covered with Blue Lupine flowers, for mountains after long months at sea.

The charming private pool area is located out back and offers plenty of seating, umbrellas, and other opportunities to relax. The beautiful open-plan living and dining areas in this luxury beach house are stunning. The dining area seats 10 and has 5 additional bar stools. The living room is spacious and has a 65-inch TV.

The second floor houses the king-sized primary bedroom. The private bath has a large walk in shower, a large soaking tub and dual vanity. The bedroom opens onto a private, screened-in balcony that overlooks the pool.

A second guest room, a king, is located down the hall and has its own balcony. The third-floor guest room, king, features a private bathroom with a walk-in shower. The fourth bedroom features a pair of full-over-full bunk beds, a full hall bathroom with tub, shower, dual vanity, and a pair full over full bunks. The bonus room is located across the hall and has a TV and queen-sized sleeper sofa. This room is perfect for children.
