It is located in Blue Mountain Beach and has easy access to the Point Washington State Forest hiking trails. Blue Mountain Beach access and many other facilities are only a short bike ride away. You will find some of the finest restaurants on 30A in a matter of minutes. Destin is just 20 minutes away. You will find a great outdoor space with a gas barbecue and an outdoor heater for colder months. You'll also have access to a resort-style pool with hot tub and guest-use entertaining areas, including a large firepit. The open floor plan features four large bedrooms with their own private En-Suite bathroom and shower. The large kitchen has barstool seating for five and a large dining table for eight. You'll find three king suites and a bunk bedroom with four twins when it's time for bed. For those who are unable to climb the stairs, the first king bedroom can be found downstairs. The home has all the amenities that you need to take care of your kids and have a blast at beach, including a Pack-N-Play and four beach chairs, a highchair, a beach umbrella, new bikes and outdoor games.
