This community is known for its large lagoon-style pool with a 360-degree observation tower that overlooks the entire neighborhood. The Sand Bar is a 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom gem that is well decorated with homemade ceramic artwork. Accommodating 6 comfortably in this newly built Florida cottage, you will not be disappointed in the well-stocked chefs' kitchen, stainless steel appliances, large rooms, back deck, and a large backyard that gives access to the point Washington state trails. These state trails are a great escape and good for hiking. The Sand Bar has a king master located on the first floor with a private ensuite and a private door that leads out onto the back porch (with a large outdoor television). There's no need to pick straws about who gets the king bed because both rooms located on the second floor each have kings and they share a large hall bathroom. All televisions are smart TVs and there's no cable available (you will have to log into your personal streaming accounts). Come and truly unwind at The Sand Bar.
