Wow, what a delightful town home! Portside Villas #36 is located at the extreme west end of the development. This town home offers an unobstructed view of the protected seashore to the southwest. This area of the beach is undeveloped and will stay that way. The owners spend lots of time and money selecting unique furnishings for this delightful town home.
The ground level garage offers parking for two vehicles. The living level offers the great room which is a combo living/dining/kitchen. This is a large well-equipped space. The living room even has a pull out sleeper sofa. The master bedroom offers a king bed, private master bath and access to the Gulf front deck which can also be accessed from the living area. The second bedroom offers a queen bed, as well as bunks and shares a hall bath with the great room area. This town home is pet-friendly for small dogs only, and a one-minute walk across the dune walkover puts you directly on the white sands of beautiful Pensacola Beach. You can almost feel the sea spray from the balcony.
Due to HOA regulations, two cars maximum per reservation.
