Kitchen, dining room, living room and both bathrooms have beautiful large tile throughout. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances.

Washer and dryer are included in the laundry closet inside the unit. Dining room has a five-foot square counter height table with seating for six and two additional chairs at the bar. Bring your K-cups, owner just added a Keurig-compact coffee maker, as well as a coffee pot.

Living room features a comfortable queen size sleeper sofa with love seat, large rattan chair and ottoman, and a private telescope for beach and water viewing. 52'' lighted ceiling fan helps keep a cool breeze flowing on those hot summer nights.

Master bedroom has a king sized bed - with a new Beautyrest resonance plush mattress. Guest bedroom has a queen bed with pillow top mattress. The bedrooms feature shaker furniture with a casual twist of antique black painted cases and natural solid mango tops in the master and antique white in the guest bedroom. Both bedrooms also have lighted 52'' ceiling fans. Porcelain tile throughout including both bedrooms. The master bathroom features a large garden tub.

For entertainment, there is a 47'' LG LED HDTV with Sony AV receiver in the living room with up-converting Sony dvd/cd player. The master bedroom has a 40'' Samsung LED HDTV. The guest bedroom has a 26'' LG LED HDTV with up-converting Sony dvd/cd player. Wireless internet is also provided at no extra expense.
