Enjoy your vacation as soon as you pull in the drive of this quaint cottage. It is a short distance to access Lake Huron Beach in a quiet neighborhood that is a short distance from downtown. This 3 bedroom, 2 bath house is bright with newer amenities after a recent remodel. Vacation with ease in a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, living room, laundry, outdoor dining, and a recreation room. This cottage offers many amenities including fire pit, wooden swing, charcoal grill, outdoor shower to wash off some of the sand, and a recreation room with games and several VHS movies. Pick a good book from the selection of novels and relax on the beach or in the cozy, grassy, fenced in backyard. The house is located just minutes away from restaurants, grocery shopping, antiques, canoeing, golf courses, and more! Two blocks to the public beach for an extensive playground, pavillion, and free weekly concerts. The waterfront has shallow, crystal clear water which is great for young swimmers and water games. Just past the sand bar is deeper water for watercraft. Don't forget you have access to the nearby Oscoda Beach Park and the easement beach.
