Keyless entry door lock so you do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay!!

Unit sleeps 8 with a King bed in the master and 2 Queen beds in the second bedroom. There is also a Queen sofa sleeper in the living room for extra family and guests. We have added a pack n play if you are bringing a toddler, please supply your own linens.

The kitchen is fully equipped for all your cooking needs. The dining table seats 6 with 2 additional seats at the breakfast bar.

The living room features comfortable seating and a 55" smart TV for viewing all your favorite shows. There is balcony access from the living room and master bedroom!! The condo is also located just 3 units from the elevators so you don't have to walk far to get to the condo!

Both bathrooms were just remodeled with all new cabinets, granite countertops and custom showers. The master bathroom is a walk-in shower.

Enjoy the FREE UPGRADED WIFI throughout the unit for faster and more secure connection.

There is a stackable washer and dryer for all your laundry needs.

Phoenix V is conveniently located in the heart of Orange Beach. It is close to restaurants, grocery stores, shopping, and activities for the entire family.

Parking: You must purchase your parking passes upon arrival, they are a one time fee of $35 per vehicle. Any 2br unit you rent at Phoenix V guarantees you can purchase up to two parking passes, the front desk will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay but please do not expect the front desk to sell extra passes during the summer season.

You MUST be over 25 years old to rent.
