The property is located in the Colee Hammocks neighborhood. We are one block north of Las Olas Boulevard. LOB is a popular thoroughfare in downtown Fort Lauderdale that runs from Andrews Avenue in the Central Business District to A1A and Fort Lauderdale Beach. The boulevard is a popular attraction for locals and visitors, being ideally situated close to Fort Lauderdale beach, Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport and Port Everglades. It is considered to be South Florida's most architecturally unique, authentic, and eclectic shopping and dining district.

Space

Perfect for single travelers! Max occupancy is 1 guest, no visitors allowed. Our apartment is uniquely designed. When you enter the Loft you'll immediately notice that you are not in your average cookie-cutter apartment. Designed by Donald Singer, who had come to Fort Lauderdale in 1964 and built this four-unit Colee Hammock apartment building that is still regarded as one of the architectural highlights of the city. Its sleek modern lines and unique placement of a single oak tree in an enclosed courtyard for each unit is a marvel to behold. The living area is very comfortable, clean and it offers a workstation. We have a queen size bed and a small clothing rack. The bathroom has laundered towels, hand towels and face cloths, soap, and shampoo. We offer a mini fridge, Keurig coffee maker, toaster, and hot water kettle. Note: the property does not have a washer and dryer and kitchenette has no stove/oven, and no dishwasher. There is a mini split ac and it can be set between 68-78. Local attractions: the BEACH!, Las Olas Blvd, Intercoastal Waterway, Riverfront, The Broward Center of the Performing Arts, The Science and Discovery Center, Water Taxi, BB&T Center (for ice hockey and music lovers) Other things to note: **This is a private room in someone's home with independent access.
