Looking for a classic Boise and a new Meridian experience? This comfortable, newly renovated, and fully furnished private home is the perfect place for you, your family, or group.

This home is located in a perfect location, just minutes from the newly constructed Meridian village and a few miles away from Downtown Boise. This location offers everything from the classic Boise dining to the unique shopping in the Village.

This home is the perfect getaway. It's sleek, cozy and simple, with full access to everything, including a garage, a quality washer and dryer and kitchen.

The kitchen is equipped with basic pots and pans, plates, cups, bowls, silverware, measuring cups, and other items. There is also a toaster and a large dining table, as well as a coffeemaker. We recommend bringing disposable plates, bowls and utensils if you are traveling with a large group. This will ensure that everyone is accommodated. There is a smart TV where guests can log in to their personal streaming accounts.

Parking is available in the garage, with additional parking on the other side of the street. Uber/Lyft is also a great option for this area!

Neighbors: As this rental home is located in a quiet neighborhood, we ask that you respect the neighbors by not throwing parties and keeping music or noise down after 10pm every night. This will help our neighbors remain enthusiastic about our rental service.

Smoking, vaping, or the use recreational drugs are strictly prohibited on or within the premises of the property. We do not host house parties out of respect for our neighbors and to protect our beautiful homes. We are proud to be a company who offers pet friendly places at many of their properties. Please see our pet policy below.

Pet Policy:

Please note that there is an additional pet charge to protect our properties from the natural wear and tears caused by pets. We allow up to two dogs per guest and charge a pet fees of $50 for one dog or $115 if you have more than two dogs. This fee is payable after the booking is completed when you register your dog on our digital check-in. Please note that pet fees do NOT cover any damages or injuries caused by your pet.

If you fail to comply with the pet fees, smoking/drug policies, and unauthorized parties or events, you could be fined $500, evicted immediately without refund, and charged additional expenses to remove odors and repair any damage.
