Napili Point is located above shimmering Honokeana Bay! B26 is a one bedroom one bathroom oceanfront unit! Experience expansive ocean views from the moment you walk in! Watch legendary Maui sunsets all year long and during the winter months (December thru April) watch the whales splash and breach in the distance from your own lanai! 

This unit is suitable for up to 4 guests with a comfortable Queen size bed, flat-screen TV, and tasteful Hawaiian-inspired décor. Split AC and sun shades to add to your comfort during warmer weather. The kitchen is fully equipped with granite countertops, custom cabinetry, optimal storage space, stainless steel appliances, bar seating, indoor/outdoor dining and a view! Large lanai with plenty of space for dining or lounging. There is also a stackable washer and dryer which provides additional convenience and independence during your stay. Quam Properties provides basic amenities like bath towels & beach towels. We also provide a starter kit of laundry detergent, dish pods, shampoo, conditioner, soap, and more!

Walk to several local restaurants including the popular Gazebo for waterfront breakfast or lunch, and enjoy an upscale romantic sunset dinner at The Sea House or Merriman’s. Napili Point has two swimming pools and BBQs with picnic tables. This property does not have elevators, no resort or parking fees.
1 Queen Bed. Minimum 4-night stay. 17.42% State taxes added to all rates. There is a $260.00 cleaning fee. All reservations will be automatically charged a processing fee on the total rental amount. Daily maid service is an additional charge and is optional.  

Standard Cancellation Policy:  
You may cancel outside the 30 days before your arrival for a refund of your deposit minus a $100 cancellation fee.  We do not refund once within 30 days of arrival.
