The Chef's Kitchen with Island, designer Finishes & Butler's pantry flows into the Dining & Living area with custom built-ins & opens to large porch area. The spacious Master suite is also on the main living level and has spa type bath with large shower, double vanity & linen shelving. Powder Room & Laundry room #1 complete the main floor.

As you enter the the third floor you are greeted with has a large media room with bar area with fridge & built-ins & 2 spacious Guest Bedrooms share a Jack & Jill Bath. Both of these bedrooms have king beds. The 4th Bedroom - has a queen bed and and its own en suite.

Garage with contemporary glass door has ample space to include a golf cart area with charging station & leads to the POOL/Spa & outdoor cooking/Living space.

POOL is Salt water & can be heated for an additional charge.
