This newly constructed cottage, with 1450 sq ft of living space on the main level, and 700 sq feet on the groud floor, has great deck space for you to enjoy as well as a nice sandy public beach accessible just a 2 minute walk away!

The expansive deck at the cottage looks out to Lake Huron and provides the perfect place for you to sit and soak in the sun and fresh air - and the deck glass railings mean that your view is unobstructed! If you'd like to stay out of the sun but still enjoy a great view on the deck, then the sunroom is the place for you. The sunroom is closed off by deck glass and windows, so your view of the lakefront is still brilliant and unobstructed.

The cottage is centrally located on the Bruce Peninsula and is only a 20 minute drive from the villages of Lion's Head and Tobermory, as well access to the Bruce Trail, Bruce Peninsula National Park and the spectacular cliffs of Georgian Bay. There are plenty of opportunities for hiking and outdoor exploration, while you can also take in a boat tour of Fathom Five National Marine Park in Tobermory. Plenty of outdoor enjoyment awaits you!

• Pets are not permitted.


• Fireplace is NOT for renters use


• Linens, Towels, Pillows, Blankets are NOT supplied (except for sheets for the king bed - they will be supplied, owner will take care of laundering)


• Renters are responsible to do a full clean of the cottage (cleaning supplies provided) and remove all garbage/recycling at the end of the rental period. If this is not done cleaning/garbage disposal fees will be charged.
