Property Description
BEACHFRONT CONDO on the gulf. This waterfront condo is located directly on the sugar white sands of Panama City Beach. Along with beautiful beach views, another advantage of a stay at Aquavista is there are only two eight-story towers, allowing for a less crowded beach. NON-SMOKING. This condo has Roku smart TVs in the living room and all three bedrooms.
On-site amenities include beachfront swimming pool, hot tub, an elevated sundeck, and optional Beach Service. Each tower has two elevators. Direct private beach access is only steps away. Exercise facilities are not open for guest use. However, there are a number of local gyms nearby that cater to vacationers.
Winn-Dixie, CVS and many restaurants located right across the street. You are also only a short trip to the famous City Pier and Pier Park for shopping and entertainment, featuring over 100 stores and restaurants. During your stay, be sure to take a relaxing walk through our Conservation Park. Only one mile away off of Hwy 98. Frank Brown Park is within a mile as well and has a splash park for the kids, water slides, green spaces, grills, pavilions, and a shaded playground. There are a number of grocery delivery and pick up services available. Ask us for assistance or recommendations.

TOWELS:
Please bring your own beach towels. White towels provided are not to be taken outside.
One (1) hand towel per bathroom. One (1) bath towel per max occupancy. One (1) wash cloth per max occupancy. One (1) kitchen towel.
PARKING
You will need to secure and pay for a parking pass online prior to arrival through the condo association. We will send you the link after booking. The first pass is free and additional ones are $25 per week or $35 per month. Non-passenger vehicles are $50/week.
CANCELLATION POLICIES:
It is only $350 to book. The remainder is due 30 days prior to arrival. If you are booking within 30 days of arrival payment is due in full.
Free cancellation for 48 hours, as long as cancellation is at least 30 days prior to check-in. Guests can cancel up to 30 days before check-in and get 100% refund, minus a $100 cancellation fee.
WHY THE CLEANING FEE?
Unlike hotels where everything is standardized and in one building, our cleaners have to travel to your rental (even the condos as each one is individually owned and managed), clean top to bottom, strip linen and quilts, haul in new linen and quilts, remove old linen and quilts to launder off-site, set up amenities (little shampoos, trash bags, etc.), and have an inspector go back in behind them to double check everything is in tip-top shape for you.
WHAT'S A SECURITY DEPOSIT WAIVER?
Gone are the days of clunky security deposit processing, holding, and returning. For a small fee, accidental damage is covered up to $10,000. Note you must alert us of accidental damage upon check-out so we know what to repair/replace. Also note non-accidental/negligence/anything over the $10,000 is not covered and you will still be responsible.
WHY THE BOOKING FEE? DON'T YOU GET ENOUGH FEES ALREADY!?
Vacation Rentals are a completely different animal than booking hotels. We like to think it’s a pretty awesome alternative, but it certainly brings unique challenges and expense. The ever increasing cost of software, booking channel management, and to have friendly and helpful staffing 24/7 makes it a necessity to add a booking fee for us to keep the ability to host and facilitate these exceptional experiences.
