Property Description

Bear Meade is an excellent two bedroom cabin with two full bathrooms. It is located in the Timberwinds Resort cabin community in Townsend, TN. Just minutes from the heart of Townsend, this cabin would make a wonderful place to call home during your Smoky Mountains Vacation.



Bear Meade has two private bedrooms, each with a king size bed. One bedroom is upstairs and one bedroom is downstairs. Each bedroom has it's own full bathroom.

 

On the main floor, you will find a large eat in kitchen with all of the conveniences of home. The table easily seats 6 for family meals. Adjacent to the living room is a beautiful sitting room with a gas fireplace.

Upstairs you will find one bedroom and a family room. The family room has a sofa sleeper and two recliners. There is another gas fireplace with a big screen TV with cable and a DVD player..

 

There is also a full sized hot tub on the covered deck for you to enjoy during your stay.  Come and relax in this wonderful rustic cabin and make memories that will last a lifetime.

 

Community Pool and covered pavilion available during summer months.

 

Just outside the entrance to The Great Smoky Mountains National Park and 20 minutes to Pigeon Forge, 30 minutes to Gatlinburg.

 

MPORTANT: Out of respect for the holidays and our employees, we do NOT allow ANY check in or outs on Thanksgiving Day or Christmas Day



Check-In:

*3pm - there is NO check-in office, you go straight to the cabin



Check-Out:

*10am - Please follow our check out guidelines.



Fireplaces:

*On During: October 1st - April 1st



Common Concerns:

*Road Conditions: Some of our cabins are on steep, narrow, curvy, mountain roads. If you are concerned about road conditions to get to a cabin, please feel free to ask us! None of our cabins require a 4 wheel drive under normal weather conditions but some do in inclement weather.

*TV & WiFi: We do have TV's and WiFi in most all of our cabins. There are times when heavy cloud cover, weather systems, mountains, or trees will cause problems with the signals. We always want our guests to have the comforts they want on vacation, but there are times we cannot control this problem.

*Pests & Wildlife: Here in the Smoky Mountains, we have lots of native bugs and wildlife. All of our cabins are treated for pests, but there are times you will find bugs or even have trouble with bugs. Please let us know if they are causing trouble, we will handle it as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please never feed, taunt or approach any wildlife. This is their home and we are the visitors.



Cancellation Policy:

*$50 cancellation fee

*Before 30 days - you will get all of your money back (-$50)

*Within 30 days - whatever dates we can rebook, this is the amount that we will refund back (-$50). Example: if you had 5 nights & we rebooked 4 nights = you will be refunded 4 night+tax+cleaning fee
