Property Description

Welcome to Mountain Bliss! This wonderful two bedroom cabin has everything you will need to make your mountain vacation a memorable one. Each bedroom features it's own private bathroom and queen size bed. One bedroom on each floor.

The open loft offers play time with a full size slate pool table. The lower deck off of the living area has a BBQ grill and a huge hot tub. The upstairs deck also has a dining table for your enjoyment. The living room has comfortable furniture and a large flat screen TV with cable for movie night or to watch your favorite sporting event. On those chilly evenings, you can make a fire in the fireplace to make things cozy.

This cabin is located in Laurel Valley which is a premier Townsend Community. There is a award winning golf course just a mile or so from the cabin and a seasonal swimming pool, year round fitness center and club house. Rent for this cabin includes free usage of the country club pool & fitness center.

IMPORTANT: Out of respect for the holidays and our employees, we do NOT allow ANY check in or outs on Thanksgiving Day or Christmas Day

NO PETS ALLOWED OF ANY KIND, IN THIS CABIN.
Check-In:
*3pm - there is NO check-in office, you go straight to the cabin

Check-Out:
*10am - Please follow our check out guidelines.

Common Concerns:
*Road Conditions: Some of our cabins are on steep, narrow, curvy, mountain roads. If you are concerned about road conditions to get to a cabin, please feel free to ask us! None of our cabins require a 4 wheel drive under normal weather conditions but some do in inclement weather.
*TV & WiFi: We do have TV's and WiFi in most all of our cabins. There are times when heavy cloud cover, weather systems, mountains, or trees will cause problems with the signals. We always want our guests to have the comforts they want on vacation, but there are times we cannot control this problem.
*Pests & Wildlife: Here in the Smoky Mountains, we have lots of native bugs and wildlife. All of our cabins are treated for pests, but there are times you will find bugs or even have trouble with bugs. Please let us know if they are causing trouble, we will handle it as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please never feed, taunt or approach any wildlife. This is their home and we are the visitors.

*$50 cancellation fee
*Before 30 days - you will get all of your money back (-$50)
*Within 30 days - whatever dates we can rebook, this is the amount that we will refund back (-$50). Example: if you had 5 nights & we rebooked 4 nights = you will be refunded 4 night+tax+cleaning fee
