Property Description

Welcome to "Stairway to Heaven" a stunning 3 bedroom/3.5 bath mountain home located in the Laurel Valley Community in Townsend, TN. This wonderful cabin has 4 floors of space to keep your family feeling at home during your vacation.The open floor plan allows for family to spread throughout each floor for maximum fun!

The main floor features a large living space with a gas fireplace and several comfy sofas around a large flat screen TV and open to the beautiful deck with gorgeous mountain views. The kitchen sits off to the side with tons of counter space and eat in tables. Please note that there is room for 6 people to eat at one time. The fully stocked kitchen is a wonderful place to cook a meal for your family while taking in the breathtaking mountain view from any of the 3 windows.

There are 3 private bedrooms in this cabin. The master has a king size bed and ensuite bathroom with a whirlpool bath. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed and private bathroom as well. The 3rd bedroom is located on the lower lever and has 2 queen size beds.

The lower level features a family room with a sofa and big screen TV. There is also a set of bunk beds, full bottom and twin top in the family room.

THE GAME ROOM - The lowest level of this home, the 4th level down, has a game room with a foosball table and arcade game. Great place for the kids or adults to hang out late in to the night or during a rainy day in the Smokies.

Every level of this beautiful home has a deck with a great mountain view as well as free wifi.

IMPORTANT: Out of respect for the holidays and our employees, we do NOT allow ANY check in or outs on Thanksgiving Day or Christmas Day

NO PETS ALLOWED OF ANY KIND, IN THIS CABIN.
Check-In:
*3pm - there is NO check-in office, with Social Distancing in mind, you go straight to the cabin

Check-Out:
*10am - Please follow our check out guidelines.

Common Concerns:
*Road Conditions: Some of our cabins are on steep, narrow, curvy, mountain roads. If you are concerned about road conditions to get to a cabin, please feel free to ask us! None of our cabins require a 4 wheel drive under normal weather conditions but some do in inclement weather.
*TV & WiFi: We do have TV's and WiFi in most all of our cabins. There are times when heavy cloud cover, weather systems, mountains, or trees will cause problems with the signals. We always want our guests to have the comforts they want on vacation, but there are times we cannot control this problem.
*Pests & Wildlife: Here in the Smoky Mountains, we have lots of native bugs and wildlife. All of our cabins are treated for pests, but there are times you will find bugs or even have trouble with bugs. Please let us know if they are causing trouble, we will handle it as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please never feed, taunt or approach any wildlife. This is their home and we are the visitors.

*Before 30 days - you will get all of your money back (-$50)
*Within 30 days - whatever dates we can rebook, this is the amount that we will refund back (-$50). Example: if you had 5 nights & we rebooked 4 nights = you will be refunded 4 night+tax+cleaning fee
