Property Description

Check out one of our newest cabins, BEAR PAUSE. This three bedroom, two bathroom cabin is ready and waiting to invite you in.

This unique cabin has two levels. The top floor is the living room with wood burning fireplace, small but fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms with queen beds & a full bathroom. The lower level offers a family room with a pool table, sofa, chair, big screen TV, bedroom & full bathroom. There is also a laundry room on this level.

PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU MUST EXIT THE CABIN TO GO FROM FLOOR TO FLOOR.

Outside on the main level you will find a table and chairs for eating out and a charcoal BBQ grill. The lower level has an outdoor hot tub and picnic table.

RENTING THIS CABIN INCLUDES THE PRIVILEGE OF USING THE SEASONAL SWIMMING POOL AND YEAR ROUND FITNESS CENTER AT THE COUNTRY CLUB, WILD LAUREL.
Just outside the entrance to The Great Smoky Mountains National Park and 20 minutes to Pigeon Forge, 30 minutes to Gatlinburg.

IMPORTANT: Out of respect for the holidays and our employees, we do NOT allow ANY check in or outs on Thanksgiving Day or Christmas Day

Check-In:
*3pm - there is NO check-in office, you go straight to the cabin

Check-Out:
*10am - Please follow our check out guidelines.

Common Concerns:
*Road Conditions: Some of our cabins are on steep, narrow, curvy, mountain roads. If you are concerned about road conditions to get to a cabin, please feel free to ask us! None of our cabins require a 4 wheel drive under normal weather conditions but some do in inclement weather.
*TV & WiFi: We do have TV's and WiFi in most all of our cabins. There are times when heavy cloud cover, weather systems, mountains, or trees will cause problems with the signals. We always want our guests to have the comforts they want on vacation, but there are times we cannot control this problem.
*Pests & Wildlife: Here in the Smoky Mountains, we have lots of native bugs and wildlife. All of our cabins are treated for pests, but there are times you will find bugs or even have trouble with bugs. Please let us know if they are causing trouble, we will handle it as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please never feed, taunt or approach any wildlife. This is their home and we are the visitors.

Cancellation Policy:
*$50 cancellation fee
*Before 30 days - you will get all of your money back (-$50)
*Within 30 days - whatever dates we can rebook, this is the amount that we will refund back (-$50). Example: if you had 5 nights & we rebooked 4 nights = you will be refunded 4 night+tax+cleaning fee
