The Clubhouse has a pool, lazy river, restaurant, tennis courts, water slide, cabanas, gym with plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. Our home is walking distance to the club house. The resort has 24/7 security and is gated.

Our property manager is available 24/7 to help guests with questions or concerns.

Perfectly located near all amenities, this luxury villa is a great option for family holidays. Whether you are travelling with the kids, or just need a getaway, your complete entertainment and relaxation needs will be fulfilled here. Solterra Resort is 2 exists away from Disney World and a 20 minute drive from Universal Studios. If visiting for other than theme parks, our home is 1 hour East of Tampa and one hour West of Daytona Beach. World renowned PGA golf courses are within a 5 minute drive.
Shopping and services (dentist & Medical clinics) are available nearby in Championsgate.



NOTE TO OUR GUESTS:

* You must be 25 years or older to book this home.
* Maximum of 12 guests allowed in the home.
* After booking, you will receive a separate rental agreement via email for you to review, accept and upload a copy of your photo ID.
* Solterra Resort limits each home to four (4) cars per address. We have spots for 2 cars on the driveway.
* Pool heat is an option at an extra charge of $35/night + taxes.
* No pets are allowed.
* Smoking or vaping is NOT allowed inside the home nor the patio/pool area. Smokers are allowed to smoke outside in the front of the house with any trash responsibly disposed of.
* Absolutely NO parties. We ask that you respect our home and keep it a fun and friendly family home for family vacations only. Quiet Hours will need to be respected.
* Security Camera located at the front door and on each side of the house. Tampering with security system or wifi equipment will result in a service fee charge to fix the issue.
* The home has a smart keypad lock. You will be provided a custom code that will only work for the duration of your stay.
* Guest is fully responsible for any damage caused during their stay.
* Effective 09/01/2023 there will be a Patron Fee for use if the Resort Amenities. Host will be prepaying for amenities usage for bookings in this Villa.

We highly recommend getting "cancel for any reason" travel insurance in case of any unforeseen issues that can arise. CFAR travel insurance can cover many risks including lodging cancelations and/or rental insurance at a minimal cost. All reservations made after March 2020 are made knowing the uncertainty of the health and travel industries, government regulations, weather, and other conditions that could impact your travel reservation.
