Bedding Configuration: Queen in the Master bedroom, Queen in the second bedroom, sofa sleeper in living area.
Amenities in unit: WIFI in unit, 1-car garage, granite counter tops, slate tile flooring, a central island, stainless steel appliances, washer, dryer and private deck.
Transportation: On FREE shuttle route to Winter Park Resort and town of Winter Park. Shuttle stops at the end of the road twice per hour.
NO SMOKING AND NO PETS ALLOWED. These rules are strictly enforced. Guests will be fined $200 per day if they smoke or bring a pet on the property.
The Alante Vista condominiums are a newly constructed complex in the Fraser area. Located in the tranquil neighborhood of Winter Park Ranch, the Alante Vista units have access to the free skier shuttle in the winter for transportation. During the summer months, there is easy access to a number of mountain biking and hiking trails from the property.
All units are accessed from the interior heated stairwells and have an over-sized 1 car garage parking and a small covered patio and tastefully decorated interiors.
This specific unit has 888 square feet of living space and is located on the second floor of the building. The entrance into the unit is to an open plan with 9 foot high ceilings in the living room for a spacious feeling throughout. The focal point of the living room is the slate-finished gas fireplace. Other living room amenities include a flat screen TV, VCR, DVD player, telephone. and Queen sofa sleeper. This is a non-smoking and no pets allowed property.
The additional upgrades in the kitchen include granite counter tops, slate tile flooring, a central island and stainless steel appliances. A 2-person breakfast bar is located with the central island, but the main dining area is adjacent to the kitchen and has the wooden table for an additional 4 persons.
The 2 bedrooms in the unit each have a queen size bed with large windows providing a forest view and en-suite full bathrooms.
A bonus amenity in the unit is the washer and dryer.
Vacation Rental Policies

Check in time starts at 4pm. All guest need to check in at 50 Village Drive, Winter Park CO 80482.
Guest arriving after 6pm, will need to contact us at 970-726-6200 to obtain the late check in instructions.
Check out time is at 10am.
Late check out requests are subject to availability and there will be an additional cost.
3 night stay except for Holiday and Spring Break.
16.9% is not included in the nightly rates.
Any monies, once received are non refundable without the purchase of travel insurance.
A one night deposit is required at the time of booking.
The final payment is due 30 days prior to the arrival date.
The home is non smoking and no pets allowed.
