Stay in a luxurious downtown Winter Park townhome – a wonderful location within walking distance of all restaurants, shops and outdoor fun! The over-sized rooftop patio provides some of the best views in town – enjoy the private outdoor hot tub to gaze at the stars at night, see the Continental Divide and hillside sights of the Rendezvous Event Center for music festivals in downtown during the summer months and a bonus peak-a-boo view of Winter Park Resort. Interior of the unit offers two bedrooms with comfortable King beds and 2 bonus rooms with bunk beds to keep the family close but providing privacy for all 10 family members.
The lowest level of this town home has entrance to the 2 car garage and entrance to the hallway complete with hardwood flooring and small area to hang you jackets and outdoor gear.
The main floor of this wonderfully modern town home has high ceilings and encompasses an open floor plan. The main living room has luxurious furnishings, hardwood flooring throughout, gas fireplace with flat screen HDTV and small private deck. This Arrow unit boasts a huge dining area and is an end unit with some extra windows and space.
The wonderfully equipped kitchen has granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, large kitchen island with an open floor plan to the living area to share time together.
The master suite has king bed, flat screen TV and access to the hall bathroom including high-end vanity counter and beautifully tiled shower enclosure.
The second bedroom has a king bed and en-suite bathroom, with lovely views from the side windows of the trees. The additional third bedroom has a 1 bunk bed with twins and en-suite bathroom with beautiful mountain views. The additional 4th bedrooms on this floor have access to the main hallway bathroom and each room has 1 set of twin bunk beds.
The upper floor of the unit has a wet bar with mini refrigerator, and access via sliding glass doors to the one of a kind rooftop deck area. The can't miss views from the rooftop of the mountains and downtown Winter Park, will make your stay in our Arrow unit one not to forget. This area is wonderful for relaxing, enjoying outdoor meals and the private hot tub.
There is ongoing construction in front of this building - guests may experience some additional noise during the daytime hours when construction is taking place.
Please note that for the safety of guests renting this property and to provide easy access to the hot tub, guest will need to be aware that Winter Park Snow Management (WPSM), may need access to this unit during your stay. The snow removal would be between 10am and 4pm. If WPSM knocks on the door, you may ask for the proper ID and grant them access to the roof.
