Property Description

And you can still enjoy the quiet, private calm of a suburban neighborhood. River Run Townhomes is a peaceful enclave of duplexes nestled between the bustle of Rive Run Village and the Gateway Shops. There are no through streets so your toddler can safely ride her tricycle or build a snowman (yes, we have that much safe space at our command), while your teens can easily walk to the skating rink or the candy shop. You can sleep in late or peacefully go to bed early even if your parents walk to the clubs and stay out until midnight. Radiant in-floor heating keeps you cozy from your toes up and block-out shades on all the windows let you control what time your day begins and ends. Our house can support an entire extended family (grandparents, uncles, aunts, cousins) or a large group of friends. It is the perfect space for lots of guests with different agendas that still want to be close to each other (and close to the action).

Kitchen
Half the family wants to eat out and the other half wants to stay in? No problem. Prepare meals in a state-of-the-art gourmet kitchen with gas grill, griddle and oven, wine cabinet, deep fryer, convenience pull out shelves, ice maker, crock pot, etc. Or you could just walk to the restaurants. The dining room seats eight; the kitchen counter seats three; and the bar seats two.

Living Room/Walk Out Deck
This giant space is really the living, dining and kitchen areas combined with huge windows offering views of the Rockies. Ideal for entertaining, the space is expanded even further by an 10 x 20 foot walk-out deck perfect for cooling off or chilling out. We’ve added string lights for ambiance in the moonlight and (coming winter 2018) a fire pit for toasting marshmallows (or just chilly fingers) and a barbecue for grilling in the wide open, mountain air.

Master Bedroom
King-sized bed with a hybrid memory foam innerspring mattress. Spacious master bath with double sink and beautiful slate and granite surfaces. A walk-in closet with lots of shelves and a walk-out deck with more views of the Rockies. There’s an extra twin XL memory foam mattress stored in the closet—just in case you need to sleep 16.

Second Master
On the lower level, this bedroom features a queen-sized bed with hybrid memory foam innerspring mattress and a pull-out trundle with a memory foam twin XL mattress. The bathroom has a double sink and granite countertops. We’ve added lots of shelves and wall hooks for organization and storage, a wall-mounted 49 inch TV, and convenience 6-unit charging station.

Bedrooms Three (Penguin Room) and Four (Mouse Room)
Both feature queen-sized beds with hybrid memory foam innerspring mattresses. Each bed also has a twin XL bunk AND a twin XL pull-out trundle with memory foam mattresses. Both bedrooms have wall-mounted TVs, lots of extra storage shelves and convenience 5-unit charging stations.

Lower Level Den
Huge, cozy, extra deep, ribbed chenille sectional with pillows and throws for hunkering down to watch a 75 inch, wall-mounted, smart TV with voice recognition and internet
streaming. The TV extends and angles from the mount for maximum viewing capacity and storage efficiency. You can also pull out the sleeper for extra guests.

Private 2 Car Garage
Everything you need to gear up and gear down: Cozy couch for sitting and getting your boots on and off, racks for skis and boards, shelves for hats and helmets and gloves and scarves, hooks for coats and sweaters. In the summer, there’s plenty of room to store bikes and boats, muddy hiking gear, and wet water sport gear. Our house is a beautiful, comfortable, efficient space that (luckily) also happens to be right in the heart of River Run Village at Keystone.

This townhome features a two car heated garage with two spaces available in the driveway as well. No parking allowed on the road. Overflow parking is available in Hunki Dori, Gold Bug, Mountain House A,B,D,E lots for self pay. Free overflow parking is available in the Keystone Lodge and Spa Lot near the conference center. Vehicles parked without a parking pass will be ticketed or towed at the owner's expense.
