What better way to truly see the outdoors than through a hike or a marathon? The annual Deadwood Mickelson Trail Marathon is back again with several different runs available. The Deadwood Mickelson Trail Marathon is a point to point course, beginning in Rochford and ending at the historic Engine House, the Deadwood Trailhead.
Explore the Black Hills through the Mickelson Trail Marathon, Half Marathon and 5 Person Marathon Relay. Children are allowed to attend as well with special runs including Kid’s Wonderful 1K and the Mickelson Fast 5K. The event will also provide welcome mixers as well as a buffet. Free parking is available, however, competitors staying in Deadwood can take the Trolley to the starting line for free. Are you ready to enter?
