A comfortable couch and cozy electric fireplace complement the living area. In addition, the condo offers study den, ideal for those seeking to work from home!

The master bedroom has a queen bed, walk-in closet and a full ensuite bathroom which includes a stall shower as well as a deep soak tub. The second bedroom has a double bed. The second full bathroom has a stall shower, perfect for anyone with mobility challenges.

In addition, the building offers secure underground dedicated parking and a well-maintained bicycle room to store your bicycles.

To save you time and money, the following amenities are provided: a start-up supply of paper products (including paper towels and toilet paper), bags for waste, hand soaps, shampoo, dish and laundry soap, salt and pepper.

The location of the condo is ideal! Bus stops outside the building, walking distance to UVIC, Shelbourne Plaza and Camosun + all amenities incl: Fairway Market, Starbucks, Cobb’s Bread and so much more! Ten minutes’ drive to Downtown Victoria or the beautiful beaches that Oak Bay has to offer. And close to Mt Tolmie Park offering hiking trails, picnic areas & panoramic views from the summit as well as the Cedar Hill Golf Course.

CHECK IN is between 4 pm and 8 pm P.S.T. and CHECK OUT is before 11 am P.S.T. Occasionally we may be able to accommodate special earlier check in requests but there are no guarantees.

GARAGE HEIGHT: 6'8" (2.0 m) - If you have a large vehicle, please be sure to check that your vehicle meets the garage clearance for the building.

BIKE STORAGE: the building offers bike storage on a first come first serve basis. Please enquire with the reservation office before bringing bicycles.
