Property Description
This self-contained one-bedroom suite is truly a home away from home, located only a short walk to Cook Street Village and one block away from Beacon Hill Park.
The suite is part of a duplex home which also accommodates a 2-bedroom unit and has a separate private entrance through the front door and hallway.
The accommodation offers a kitchen serving also as a living area, a generous bedroom with queen size bed and a recently refurbished bathroom which includes a new washer and dryer.

There is no parking spot assigned to this rental unit. But residential street parking is available.

In dealing with this situation there are several new buildings being constructed in the downtown core, and elsewhere. We recognize that there could be some daytime noise but are confident that it will not interfere with your time in beautiful Victoria.
