Property Information
This is a duplex. Each floor has two bedrooms, one bath, kitchen, dining area and living room. Both have large covered lanais and great ocean views from the living rooms and lanais. In fact, the Upstairs view from the lanai is absolutely fantastic. The Downstairs patio opens onto the grass, for an easy walk to the beach. They both have totally separate entrances. Just walk across the grass to the beach.

2009 rates are Upstairs $280/night, $1775/week
Downstairs is $255/night, $1585/week (both have unobstructed ocean view except trees);
2010 rates are Upstairs $295/night, $1900/week
Downstairs is $270/night, $1730/week
Rates based on four or fewer guests
Add taxes of 12.42%, cleaning fee of $100
and security deposit of $250 to be returned after you leave in good order.

Barbecues, linens, beach towels & coolers. All the beach houses
have all the usual kitchen items like coffee maker, microwave and
blender. All the houses are non-smoking inside. There is a little
wash house on the grounds that has a coin op washer and dryer
and outside shower for the houses to use. There are beach chairs
and beach toys which are usually there but are always changing
and can't be counted on, however, Hanalei rents or sells almost
any beach item.
