Property Information
Tropical, well-maintained, quiet studios
and one bedroom units with pool make
up this charming six unit complex just
off A-1-A and two short blocks to
our award-winning beach. Miles of
shoreline allow for long, uninterruped
runs or walks. Looking north, you’ll see
our fishing pier and lighthouse.
It’s a short walk to dozens of great local
restaurants, shops, boat rentals,
diving/snorkeling boats, party
and charter fishing boats, nail and
beauty salons, gourmet fish store,
pharmacy, bank, nightspots and
more. Tennis and 36-holes of golf
course are a five-minute drive.
Additional Rate Information
Rentals are three night minimum stays (please inquire
about rates). Rates for holidays and special
events may be higher. For longer stays,
every fourth consecutive week is free or
discounted per rate schedule below.

A 50% deposit is required to hold a
reservation. The balance plus $100 exit
cleaning fee, 11% state and
local taxes and $500 security deposit
are due 30 days prior to arrival. All
major credit cards accepted.

10 a.m.
For the comfort of future guests,
no smoking is allowed. Small dogs:
